Generous support from Rotary Club of Shizuoka West

The Rotary Club of Shizuoka West invited me and Liza today at their lunch meeting held in Century Hotel to represent Philippine NAKAMA to talk  about our fund-raising campaign regarding super typhoon Yolanda victims.   We are truly grateful to their wonderful cooperation and support to our charity activity.  Thank you everyone to all your generous donations.

Autumn in Yamaha Resort, Tsumakoi

This resort is located in hilly Kakegawa ... property of Yamaha corporations.  There are many sports facilities around like swimming pools, archery, horse riding, golf and many more. 

Everyone can enjoy their spa too.  The buffet meals are excellent... we did enjoy the Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes.

Every autumn to winter seasons, the resort also feature sound illuminations at night.  

It's pretty simple but impressive!

A heart breaking situation is happening in the Philippines lately especially in Visayas Region ... 

In behalf of my group, the Philippine NAKAMA Organization here in Shizuoka City...  we're deeply concerned by the impact of super Typhoon Yolanda or internationally known as Typhoon Haiyan. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been affected by this devastating calamity.

Charity and humanity knows no boundaries.  We are appealing to everyone especially here in Shizuoka City to give donations of whatever you can to assist the victims and the needy in Visayas Region especially in Leyte and Samar.  A little goes a long way... so do help if you can ... よろしくお願いします m(_ _)m

Missed Nao chan and Airi chan

Kids grow so fast!!!  This past few years, i seldom see my goddaughter Nao chan and her sweet younger sis Airi chan ... not until tonight when i attended Nao chan's bday party held in Jolibee... wooow i was surprised to see them ... they're like lil ladies now... they were sooo tall for their ages and growing prettier like their mom Analyn ;-) 

Nao chan turned 11 years old today ... wishing her an awesome and  blessed birthday all year through. 

Missing the good times i have shared when Nao chan and Airi chan were lil kids... ahhh kids grow quick ...    hope i could have more good memories with them when we have chance to see each other again.

Nutritious Home Cooking

Philippine Cooking Contest organized ny Ms. Manami Aono of International Education, Tokoha Gakuen University and supported by Philippine NAKAMA Organization.
This was held in Aicel 21, Aoi District, Shizuoka City on November 9th, Saturday.
