There are many variations of burgers like hamburgers or beefburgers, chicken burger, cheeseburger, vegetable burger and many more.
This time i am going to introduce another easy cooking tip.
My pork burger steak :)
Pork belly meat (cut into stripes or thin slices),
onion, cabbage, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper,
Sauce--- worcestershire or worcestor sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, sugar.
How to cook:
Pour a flour on the plate ...then lay the pork belly on a plate ...sprinkle with salt and pepper ...then garlic powder or minced garlic. Mash the meat then form the meat in one patty ... flatten the top and sides to ensure that the thickness is the same throughout.
Heat the pan with olive oil, fry the meat both sides ...
Then set aside.
Saute onion in the pan, put worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, sugar.
Prepare the cut into wedges cabbage on a plate, place the meat on top of it and pour the sauce to the meat.
