Gathering with friends!

Maryann invited us all yesteday to the 4th bday party of her son Siota. Another added thrill to the event was that Chat with Yu were there all the way from Hogo Pref! It's nice to see many friends... masaya... magulo! It's surprising to see their kids growing so fast! Makukulit but adorable! Yuchan also impressed me. She's good in English already! Keep it up kid!
The bondings of friends!

The birthday celebrant Siota with his loving parents!
Belated happy bday greetings to Olive and Chat too! Know what... I gave them both pouch bag as a gift... but I am surprise to pouch bag which Olive gave me as souvenir from Philippines... it's branded... lesportsac! Arigatou... I do like it! Date with Sachan!

Long time no seeeee! Talagang napakabusy lately especially these days maraming preparations at intindihing trabaho coz less than 2 weeks from now, I will visit to my home land... the Philippines!
Sooo... last Wednesday after my radio recording... I rushed going to Niigata City to meet Sachan.
Well, as parents... we are now compulsory to visit them... mainly to see to it if they are looking good and of course... to help them out working and helping their household choires because according to the university's parents meeting ... their studies are getting very tough! So, we need to give them some rewards and a little treat!

Sachan and I had our dinner date in Bandai

Teramise waffles

A gift from Sachan

I made easy obento for Sachan... hisashiburini!

Sunset at dawn from Sachan's veranda↓

Sachan invited me to Izakaya downtown... that was fun and we enjoyed our drinks, foods and our chattings...

KAMPAI!

Salmon with avocado... 'love this appetizer!

We're on our second round... having a good time!

More... drinks...

more... foods!

↓The designated trash bag in Niigata City. Good for the foreigners out there... it's translated in other languages too.
... and they properly put the garbages inside the net container. Too bad for the crawls! They can't mess it anymore!

↓Got the chance to see the locomotive train at the station.

Goodbye Niigata!

Then... with Sachan, we went back home together in Shizuoka on Saturday afternoon. She had this reservations on her hair style, pictorials and other preparations for her SEIJIN SHIKI (Coming of Age Day Ceremony) . Wooow... it's too busy and costly!

Lucky's new "room"↓ ↓Our KINMOKUSEI... fragrant orange-colored olive. Rooming around some stores looking for Sachan's hair accessories for her SEIJIN SHIKI!Street performance in Keyaki ... a phantomine brass band in KeyakiShizuoka ODEN festival was also being held downtown though it seems that Shizuoka Ramen Fiesta 2009 in Aoba was more popular... almost all the stall were closed already for they're sold-out.↓While walking along Tokiwa Park↓Sachan went back to Niigata City in the afternoon. We accompanied her inside the station's platform. Well, maybe because of the 3 consecutive days vacations in Japan... maraming naghatid this time lalo na ang mga olds na hinahatid ang kanilang mga grandchildren.
When Sachan gets in the bullet train... I can't stop to have watery eyes... nope... not because I will miss Sachan... I was damn touch to a grandpa na hinanahatid alone ang grandchildren n'ya... talaga namang nagtititigan sila sa isa't-isa na malungkot, walang patid ang mahinahon nilang waving goodbye with matching holding hands pa... as the train moves... the grand pa looks very lonely as well as his grand children... that was very touching scene kaya napaiyak ako!

Well... we will gonna see Sachan again next month in Tokyo! Can't wait! Mwaaaaah (^3^)/*

Anti-aging and dieting

Ang hirap talaga pagnagkakaedad... you'll become concious with your health, calories, your personal appearance, fats, aging face and yes... not to mention... you'll become worried to your remaining days here on earth too!(LOL)
One day, you'll find yourself na lang na kung ano-anong health goods, facial workouts and other anti-aging products ang makikita mong collection sa bahay mo!

Isa na po ako doon at lately... here are "my health boom"... ↓↑My rolling Shiatsu--finger massage. This one is my favorite... a reflexology!
Then, my face double roller for rolling cheeks, jaw and chin. This helps skin to prevent flabby or droopy looks.
I also have this massage balls... I put this balls in my back while I am lying... it feels good especially to my lower back!
Another treat from papie... Core Rhythm DVD! a dance fitness program of latin moves to lose weight!

Now... the question is... does it all work out? Well... it's not working too much for my weight but I feel healthy!

Lately... due to an influence of a Japanese diet program... Morning Banana Diet becomes popular here in Japan. They said that having a banana and room temperatured water for breakfast will help to lose weight regardless of what you eat for the rest of the day! This actually lead to a shortage of banana in Japan.

Tried to eat banana lately... but too bad, this diet never seems to work for me... though I am thankful because having a habit on eating bananas helps me restore normal bowel!

Experts say there is no magic food that will lead to weight loss and the trend is more a fad than a successful diet.

Some treats from Papie!

Thanks to my donor... my papie! Last month, he changed my cellphone already! The pink SH906i of Docomo...

... and in additional, we're just canvassing for a handy digital movie camera... and presto... he bought me one by Sanyo! It's a waterproof device. Sachan was asking me why waterproof? Where am I going to use it? Well... come to think of it! It seems that I need to take a lesson now in scuba diving in order to use it under the sea on fish watching (^-^)v !

More blessings to come papie!
