Awesome cactus flowers

We have some cactus planted around my house in the Philippines.
However, i would like to introduce to you one of the amazing cactus plant we have. 

 It's planted beside our car garage gate. 

Below are the latest pics of the cactus that blooms so many cute flowers every year.  

According to my sis Leng ...the cactus name is astrophytum ornatum or star plant.  

Oh well i don't have much idea about cactus ... but isn't this pretty cool?

Aside from that, this cactus is still growing up!  Look how tall it is ... it reached almost the 2nd floor veranda of our house.   i think it's about 6 years old or more by now.

Thank you so much to my Japanese friend, Masui Yumiko san for inviting me today to assist her at her Peco Candy Shop's<駄菓子屋Peco> World Games Corner「世界の遊びコーナー」 ...

. I was able to introduce some Philippine kids game too... like sipa and jack stone. It was a wonderful and fun experience! 

Please visit with your kids ... they will surely enjoy not only the theater but also the different world games and nostalgic goods in Peco Candy Shop. It's located at the lobby of Chuo Hall, Granship. 

It's a 3 days summer fair ---from July 28,29 to 30 (tomorrow-Thursday is the last day) !!!

A yearly summer night out date with NAKAMA family !

With my friends Liza and Joy ... we went early today to Tamachi, Abe River to reserve a place for our NAKAMA group's gathering and fireworks viewing in Abe River HANABI TAIKAI 2015.  

We went two hours before the main event which started 7:00 pm

 It's a hot day!  Humid and no wind! 

But it can't be help ... 

We did enjoy the whole night nway ;-)
