Night walk

My second day walking exercise!
I did work today so i just decided to walk at night after dinner.  
It says that walking at night could aids digestion and helps to burn some calories ;-)

Just sad to say ... tonight is freezing cold ... but i need to work out! brrrrrrrrrr!!!
So walk Mel walk!!! 

While walking ... i enjoyed some night sight around my vicinity !

 Oden stall and restaurant ... perfect place for winter! 


  My goal point tonight ... city hall!!! 

After an hour walk ... here's my treat for myself ... my original papaya-banana smoothie!
